Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging - along with the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@surfersclubwear.com with your order number. Returns should be sent to: Kocatepe Mah. Pazar Cad. No:43/1 B Blok D:12, 34045 Bayrampasa / Istanbul, Turkiye. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Domestic (Turkiye): We cover return and exchange shipping costs.
• International: Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In addition, any customs duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable and remain the customer's responsibility.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Personalized or custom items, and items unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons, are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in the same condition as above with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@surfersclubwear.com.
