Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. For returns within Türkiye, we cover the return shipping. For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us by email before you return or exchange your items.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following must be met:

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

2. Any indicators of use for photoshoots or production do not comply with our return policy.

3. We reserve the right to refuse a return once the 30-day period has expired, or if items show signs of wear, or if they do not meet the above criteria.

4. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or a tracking number. SurfersClub is not liable for parcels damaged or lost in transit.

You will hear back from us within 1-3 business days.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@surfersclubwear.com with the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. Include your order number and photos of the products in their original condition with packaging and tags.

2. Proof of purchase is required prior to return.

3. The return address will be provided in the email. Please do not send your return to the address on the parcel; it is not our return address and will delay processing.

4. Send us your return tracking number to speed things up.

The inspection process takes 3-6 business days for all returned items.

How to Exchange
