Orders

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
The moment your order reaches us, we send a confirmation email with your order number, your pieces and the total. Don't see it? Peek in your spam folder — still nothing? Message us and we'll check right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We ship fast (usually within 24 hours), so if something needs changing, don't wait — message us right away and we'll catch it before it leaves if we can.
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel's on its way, your tracking number lands in your inbox. You can also check live status under “Orders” in your account.

International Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
Yep — we ship around the world. Just pick your country at checkout to see your shipping options and fees.
How long will delivery take?
Rough estimates (before customs): Europe 3-7, North America 2-5, Asia 5-10, Australia/NZ 7-14, South America 7-14 business days. Customs can add a little time. We ship with DHL / FedEx / UPS depending on where you are.
Where do orders ship from?
Everything ships from Türkiye, fully tracked.

Customs & Duties

Will I be charged customs?
Import duties and taxes aren't included in the price — they're set by your country's customs and paid by you on delivery (the standard DDU way). For most EU orders, local VAT applies.

Currency & Payment

What currency will I be charged in?
Prices might show in your local currency as a guide, but you're charged in Turkish Lira (₺). Your bank handles the conversion at checkout — no hidden fees on our side.
Which payment methods do you accept? Is it secure?
Online card payments, protected by 3D Secure and encryption. Installment options may show up at checkout too.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept international returns or exchanges?
Of course — you've got 30 days from delivery. Just keep it unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging. To start, message us or email info@surfersclubwear.com with your order number. For international orders, return shipping is on you.
What can't be returned?
Custom/personalized pieces and personal-care items can't come back. Anything worn, washed or damaged we can't accept either.

Products & Sizing

What size should I order?
Our fits run oversized — roomy and relaxed. Take your usual size, or size down for a closer fit. Sizes XS-XXL (most items XS-XL). Not sure? Every product page has a size guide and a “Find my size” tool.
How do I care for my items?
To keep those prints looking fresh: wash inside out at 30°C, don't iron over the print, and wash separately for the first few washes.
Will a sold-out item come back?
We restock select favorites. Hit “Notify me” on the product page and you'll be the first to know.
