Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch. Orders placed before 16:00 (Istanbul time) on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 or on weekends and public holidays are shipped the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email/SMS once your order ships.

Domestic Delivery (Turkiye)

  • Carrier: Aras Kargo, with tracking.
  • Cost: Free on orders over 1,500 TL. Below that, a flat 69 TL shipping fee applies, shown at checkout.
  • Delivery time: Usually 1-3 business days; often 1 business day within Istanbul.

International Delivery

  • Carrier: DHL, FedEx, or UPS (tracked express shipping).
  • Cost: Free on orders over 3,500 TL (approximately USD 75 / EUR 66). Below that, a flat 800 TL (approximately USD 17 / EUR 15) applies, shown in your local currency at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery (excluding customs): Europe 3-7, North America 2-5, Asia 5-10, Australia/New Zealand 7-14, South America 7-14 business days. Customs clearance may add time.
  • Customs & duties: Import duties and customs taxes are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient (Delivered Duties Unpaid - DDU), as determined by your destination country's customs authority.
