The moment your order reaches us, we send a confirmation email with your order number, your pieces and the total. Don't see it? Check your spam folder — still nothing? Message us and we'll check right away.

We ship fast (usually within 24 hours), so if something needs changing, don't wait — message us and we'll catch it before it leaves if we can.

Once your parcel's on its way, your tracking number lands in your inbox. You can also check status under “Orders” in your account.

Orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays ship the same day. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days — often next-day within İstanbul. We ship with Aras Kargo.

Free over 1,500 TL. Below that, a small shipping fee shows at checkout — no surprises.

Changed your mind or the fit's off? No worries — you have 30 days from delivery. Keep it unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging, then message us with your order number to start.

For returns within Türkiye, we cover the return shipping — don't worry about it.

Once we receive and check the item, we refund your original payment method within a few business days (your bank may take a little longer to show it).

Custom/personalized pieces and personal-care items can't come back. Anything worn, washed or damaged we can't accept either.

Our fits run oversized — roomy and relaxed. Take your usual size, or size down for a closer fit. Sizes XS-XXL (most items XS-XL). Every product page has a size guide and a “Find my size” tool.

Wash inside out at 30°C, don't iron over the print, and wash separately for the first few washes.
